Modern Girl Clip Art

Modern Girl.

This clip art is my illustration or caricature of a modern, young woman. She has a bob haircut (or similar short hairstyle), and wears a plain knitted blouse or sweater, tight pants or leggings, and boots. She is rather funky or mod, and looks vintage 1960s or she could even be a modern young lady of today. The illustration is done in sepia pen on cream-colored paper. The version at left has been altered in Photoshop, using 'auto levels' on the quick-fix tool. That had the effect of removing the deep yellow tone of the cream paper and leaving a pale, buff-white background.

The version at right is closer to the original. It is sepia on a cream-colored paper. There may have been minor edits, such as sharpening or spot removal.

By publishing on my public-domain blog, I have hereby released this art to the public. Feel free to download, alter, and publish this clip art sketch in any way that you see fit.

Young Mom Pushing Buggy (Clip Art)

Young Mom Pushing Buggy. Sepia pen sketch of a young mom pushing a baby buggy. The girl is wearing blue jeans. Cute, funky style. Bob or mod hairstyle. The version on the left has been altered in Photoshop, using quick fix. The version below is closer to my original art. The sketch is on cream-colored paper. It has been altered in Photoshop, but only to remove spots and possibly sharpen or clean up the background.

The cream-colored version, below, is closer to the original. Cream is the natural color of the paper. That version has had only minor corrections, such as spot removal. You may use either one.

By placing the art on this public-domain blog, I hearby release it to the public. You may download, alter, recycle, publish, or print it in any way that you like.

Woman Spanking Boy Clip Art

IWoman Spanking Boy. My illustration of a woman spanking a boy is done in sepia pen on cream-colored paper. The sketch is in an antique style, as intended. The clothing is similar to Victorian fashion. The version to the left has been altered in Photoshop by using the quick-fix tool and choosing 'auto levels.' This had the effect of removing some of the yellow from the background. It also caused (by accident) a speckling appearance, which is pleasing and makes the drawing look more antique. The version below is very close to the original drawing. The only corrections to it are minor ones ~ some spot removal and perhaps some sharpening.

This artwork is hereby placed in the public domain. You may download, alter, recycle, publish, or post it in any way that you like. (I flipped the drawing horizontally when I first published it, and you may want to try that. I thought it looked a little more balanced that way).

Clip Art of Housewife (Public Domain)

Housewife. Vintage, antique look. Slightly frazzled hair. Sepia pen on cream-colored paper. Both illustrations have been altered using Photoshop. The one below had simple corrections/spot removal in the background and possible sharpening. It is very little changed from the original sketch. The one on the left has been brightened and sharpened using the quick-fix tool, selecting "auto levels."

You are free to use, alter, post, or publish this artwork in any way that you choose. I have placed it in the public domain.

1900s Girl

Simple artwork of a 1900s girl (girl of the 1900s era). She is generic, so could pass for other eras. Looks poor, sad, thoughtful, or determined. Quick sketch, sepia pen on cream background. Two versions available. Both were altered in Photoshop: the first, for spot repair, sharpening; and the second, through an automatic process called 'high pass' (I'm not sure of the function of that tool, but the gray picture is the result of using it). My original illustration is tiny (about 2 x 2 inches) and will not enlarge well. Spot illustration, clip art.
