Art: Ghost in Pajamas with Spotlight

This is my Ghost in Pajamas art, a colored-pencil drawing. Here, I've computer-manipulated it to give it the effect of a spotlight on a dark background. One or more of the images may contain transparency information. Some of the art programs that didn't retain this information at one time now seem to allow it. These are free for public use, released by the artist on Jan. 20, 2013. These are suitable for web use. You may need to tweak the art to make the background match your page or to get rid of any stray marks where I didn't darken the background enough. No higher resolution files are available. Previous posts have other versions of the ghost, including the original version (also of low resolution). Suggestion: credit the artist, D.K.P. or link to this blog, if you would. (Suggestions are optional, the art remains free for public use.)

Ghost in Pajamas Lightened

This is my Ghost in Pajamas piece (see previous post), lightened using automatic color correction. Free for use, please credit artist, D.K.P., if you will, and a link to this blog would be nice.

Art: Ghost in Pajamas - Colored Pencil

This art ~ Ghost in Pajamas ~ is a portfolio piece that I did to show as an example of my illustration style. It was done in colored pencil. (I used Prismacolor® soft-lead pencils on illustration board.) I have also published it on an older website of mine, but am releasing it here for public use. Unfortunately, I scanned it back in the day when I really had to scrimp on storage space and use small files for easy web display. This is the best resolution that I have, and the actual artwork no longers exists. It was damaged by water. It would be nice if you would give a credit to D.K.P. or link to this blog. Thanks!
